What to Expect as a Volunteer
As a volunteer, your responsibilities will include:

General Assistance – Helping delegates with enquiries, guiding them to key locations such as session rooms and the exhibitor hall.

Managing the Registration Desk – Assisting delegates with check-in kiosks, issuing name badges, providing program information, and offering directions.

Workshop and Lecture Room Management – Ensuring workshops run smoothly by managing access, maintaining supplies, and assisting with cleaning and preparation for upcoming sessions.

Patient Management – Escorting patients to and from the Patient Model room, ensuring consent forms are completed, and introducing them to presenters.
